Staff is very friendly and breakfast is delicious.

It is very hard to find a free parking space here. I specifically chose this hotel because of its parking options. However, right after I completed my payment for the reservation, they sent me a message stating, 'We have parking space, but we don’t guarantee a free spot.' This was very disappointing because I did not feel comfortable leaving my SUV parked out on the streets in Bulgaria. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. As for the breakfast, it was delicious, but there were very few options and it was exactly the same every single day."

Very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good location, easy to get downtown by public transport. Charming little presents waited for us at arrival.

Poor choice of food for breakfast. No vegetarian or vegan options. Day 3 at 7 AM staff person entered the room while I was in bathroom and my husband was still sleeping. Explanation: it was by mistake, just checking rooms. No appology given. We stayed 3 nights, but rooftop restaurant was not available for us as hotel guests because of private parties.
