Incredibly kind, helpful staff - both before we arrived and on arrival -and v convenient position.

Our room was on ground floor on a very busy corner of a high density tourist area and as such it was q noisy at night. The photo had led me to think we’d be on the first floor or higher.

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the Old Town. We arrived late & were met by a very nice man called George & a transfer was organised for us the following morning .

My only complaint was the pillow was too hard for me but that’s a very personal thing, and we were only there for one night .
