A Day Villa Chiangmai

The location was super central and a really short distance away from most of the things we were doing. The place itself, as well as the room, was super cosy. But most of all, I want to give a huge shout out to the staff. They were incredibly friendly, super helpful, and so smiley all the time. We had an incident where we forgot our passports in a Grab taxi, and they spent lots of time and energy to help us out. They were in long chats and calls with Grab, and we eventually managed to get our passports back right before leaving. We also had breakfast included, and it was very good. And the tiny little plush animals that they put on the keys, they were sooo cute! Oh, and the shower in our room was also very large, which I appreciate!

One small, annoying thing is that their main entrance is covered with gravel, so it was hard to roll our luggage there.

Locatie was erg fijn, ruime kamer.

Er was weinig tot geen personeel (self check-out, breakfast), er werd tussentijds niet schoongemaakt. Zwembad was wat verouderd en het huis was gehorig.

Muito mau. O quarto sem condições nenhumas nem para animais. Sem tv, barulho dos quartos adjacentes insuportável, staff nem o vi, pequeno almoço além de não ter nada, o que depois era muito mau. Empregada do pseudo pequeno almoço super antipatica. Não é hotel nenhum muito menos merecedor de qualquer estrela

Superb location easily access to all attractions within the old town.

Property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Great location for doing lots of things around Chiang Mai. Only thing missing was loungers around the pool.
