Pullman Lima Miraflores

My wife and I stayed two nights in the Pullman Miraflores during our recent trip to Lima. It is conveniently located near the oceanfront and is within walking distance to many nice restaurants. The members of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the variety of the buffet breakfast. It was a wonderful stay.

Pullman is a great hotel and has great amenities. Pario was amazing and hooked us up with an upgrade! Would definitely recommend coming here for vacation.

Great location, great service.

Absolutely horrible service. The bar was extremely loud and the ambience was far from pleasant. Moreover, at checkout I requested for an invoice with my company details which they didn’t provide till date. And none of the staff are responding to any messages or mails inquiring about the invoice.

Nothing

This is a ok hotel with good rooms and location close to Larcomar. Walkable to Barranco. Breakfast is pretty standard, nothing spectacular but reasonable except the coffee is dire. They were helpful in looking after our luggage whilst we travelled. That said, our last night we thought we’d treat ourselves to a nice cocktail and sit and look out over the skyline. But no, the sky bar had been “booked for a private function” and we were not allowed to use the facility at all. So we’re second class guests? Given we stayed 4 nights in total, we find this completely unacceptable for a hotel of this class. We were not advised of this situation, had we had known we could have organised our day/evening differently. Very unimpressed. Won’t use Pullman/Accor hotels again if that’s how you treat paying guests.

Breakfast was very good but too crowded ! Nice rooftop bar !

The location was a bit complicated for the visits I had to do, but might be convenient for others. In general a nice & pleasant hotel.
