The location

First of all, I was the victim of a robbery, just like one of my friends, apart from that, when I checked the final bill they charged restaurant expenses to my card, when I had already paid for each purchase I made.

"Beautiful area, nice clean room, terrible customer service and lack of any staff presence"

Great location

Never could find staff or they were sleeping at the front desk. It was hard to get help or direction and at one point stood there 20 mins for somebody to even show up to check us in.
