Cafe da manhã, as 8 horas nao tinha ovos mexidos, nao repuseram, pedi um omelete não fizeram, reclamei e de nada adiantou, quando solicitei novamente o omelete falaram que ia demorar pois estavam fazendo o almoço, desisti e fui trabalhar, manteiga e guardanapo eu solicitei para repor

Da localização e do conforto. Muito bom o hotel, com um padrão de alimentação e acomodação de muito alto nível. A localização é proxima ao centro e aos restaurantes de Lençóis.

Do atendimento pós estadia, pois não consigo receber a NF dos quartos que paguei com as duas diárias que ficamos. Estou com dificuldade para receber a comprovação para reembolso. Não é a primeira vez. Meu e-mail está correto, pois já confirmei!!!
