Pendry Park City

Overall a clean and pleasant hotel. It is pretty large with 3 buildings. I was there to scout out a potential venue for my client’s event so was in work mode. Staff not as friendly as other properties. You can tell it is geared up for more of a seasonal/ski hotel rather than any other time of the year. Food was very good, pricey but good

Very nice room and very spacious. Staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations for dinner, hiking, etc. Will stay again for sure!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were overall impressed by the amenities included both in the room and generally in the hotel. The hotel staff was accommodating and was responsive to our requests during our stay. The hotel has beautiful views of Park City from the mountainside. We didn’t have sufficient time to enjoy the facilities to their fullest, but we’d happily stay here again!

Just enjoyed a 6-night stay at Pendry. Staff was amazing, courteous and professional in all interactions. Our room was excellent and the hotel staff did a good job of staying on top of our needs. Shuttle to Park City was convenient and drivers were friendly and professional. Sixth floor hot tub and pool were nice with spectacular views and we used them three times during our stay. It would have been nicer if the Pool area bar was open but that's part of being there during the off season I suppose (September). We would definitely recommend Pendry for anyone looking for a nice, quiet vacation.

The rooms are small and sparsely furnished. The staff at checkin was rude and condescending. We ask for directions to our room which was in a different building and the staff me said, “didn’t Spencer just explain that?” I nicely replied that it’s out first time here and we didn’t quite understand. He was short with us. Very rude. Now to breakfast. We were sat at a table and didn’t even get a person to come by for 15 minutes. We had to pour our own water. They were short staffed but that’s not what we paid for. Let’s just call that bad management. So, in short, it was expensive, the rooms were small and nothing special, the front desk was rude and the restaurant service sucked. Needless to say we will not be coming back.

Such a beautiful hotel with breathtaking surroundings. Very clean, amazing decor, luxurious accommodations, and the service is first rate and friendly. Wish I could stay longer.

The hotel was completely empty, we had spent over $500 at dinner on property the night before and they would not allow for a noon check out.
