"Poor Hygiene and Maintenance"

The hotel is in a convenient location and the room size was acceptable. Check-in was relatively smooth, and the property has potential if maintenance and housekeeping standards are improved.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance standards were below expectations. The bathroom silicone sealant was deteriorated, discolored, and appeared rotten, which gave a poor impression of hygiene. In addition, there were visible bacterial/mold-like stains on some bathroom and wall surfaces that should have been properly cleaned and treated. These issues raised concerns about sanitation and room upkeep. For a hotel receiving international guests in Medina, a much higher standard of housekeeping and preventive maintenance is expected.

"Wonderful, Clean and Cozy"

Very clean and tidy. The air also felt light. Price point is 5-star. Very easy check-in. The room feels premium with very affordable price. Staff is friendly. Really close to masjid which is definitely great point to stay here. Quite close to other shops and malls too. Will definitely book again if I’m back in Mecca in the future.

Nothing so far. I regret not to take additional Nights here.
