Great central location near to ruins and large room which was straight on to a roof terrace with a great view of the church. Useful Tea making facilities and fridge. Good communication from the host although didn’t meet him.

A lot of steps as on the top floor and no lift. Breakfast was not at the property but at a cafe 5 mins walk away in the opposite direction to where we were heading. Furniture on the roof terrace was looking tatty.

Amazing view and good location, close to Pompeii entrances and the local train line. Comfortable bed. Great communication and responsiveness. Mini fridge with water. Lovely, large terrace with places to sit and views of Vesuvius. It's a 3rd floor walk up but worth it for the views.

The bathroom. The shower was tiny and in the middle of the room with two curtains around it. Impossible to shower without getting everything wet but there's no drain in the floor. Not enough furniture in the room. It was raining a lot when we got there and we couldn't use the outside area so there's no place to sit except for the bed. It was quite noisy outside with tons of honking traffic right below us for most of the day and into the night. Not sure if it was because of a detour or if it's normal.

Gianfranco is so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming!! He even carried my suitcase up the stairs when checking us in. This place is INCREDIBLE!! Super centrally located but off of a quiet street that means no loud noises keeping you up. GORGEOUS view from the massive private terrace. I thought it would be a shared terrace from the posting, but it is only for this room which means it’s even better! The room is nicely decorated, very clean & super affordable. We loved it & wish we could’ve stayed longer!

It would’ve been nice to have shampoo, soap and extra towels provided but not a deal breaker at all!

Location was perfect for everything we needed and the rooftop terrace was an added bonus. Maybe a couple of extra pillows would be ideal - but it was no big thing.

Perfect accommodation for our night stay in Pompei, beautiful views of mount Vesuvius from the roof terrace. Gianfranco was a great host and very attentive and helpful host, went the extra mile to help us.
