When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $25.00 for pet fee is applies. **Take also into account: Payment will be collected as to the credit card that you put on the system. As an alternative method we can collect payment by cash app or ATH Mobile, in that case you need to send us a message notifying your preferred payment method. If not, credit card will be your payment method by default. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guests must fill a document (DocuSign) provided by the property authorizing the credit card payment. A photo of the driver's license must also be attached to the document. Please make sure that the name on the reservation is the same as the name on the credit card provided. Please note that arrivals after 16:00h will be self-checkin on the property. We want to clarify that this reservation is for a complete house or apartment. Although the page will indicate that it is a room, it is the entire house or apartment for you and you are not sharing rooms with other guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
