"I would stay here again, but it could be a great hotel with a couple improvements."

The room seemed to be very clean. We do bed bug inspections when we stay at hotels and it's common that under the mattress is dirty. Both beds seemed to be very clean.

The bed we're uncomfortable. Woke up hurting the next morning. The TV selections are not very good.

"The hotel is a 5/5, friendly staff, clean rooms, great amenities, the breakfast was nice as well."

The staff made me and my daughter feel welcome from the get go. And so helpful, I came into town to visit my kiddos and attend the last home AState game to watch my baby boy with ROTC howler team. I have to admit this is my second overnight trip in Jonesboro this school semester and I wish I would have booked with Comfort Inn my last trip. As I was getting ready to leave for the game the staff member that was working the evening shift gave me an update on the weather and how the rain should stay at bay for the game. - to me that was one of the most thoughtful gestures I have ever received from any hotel staff.
