I liked everything, the only thing I didn't like was when we ordered. We ordered with a kitchen. And when we arrived, there was no kitchen.

I didn't like absolutely anything. The hotel basically operates more like renting out a room with no reception at all. They don't even clean the rooms during your stay; they just hand over the space and that's it. I was there with my family, and it was terrible for us.

I didn't like that there was no proper reception. The person who acts as the hotel reception is just a girl working at a bar next door. During my stay, they never cleaned the rooms at all. I had to go out and buy toilet paper and soap myself. They never changed the towels either, so after we came back from skiing, we found them still wet and cold. Overall, the hotel’s cleanliness was just not adequate. Additionally, this is not a hotel I would recommend for families at all. It's absolutely not a place to bring kids. The only thing next to the hotel that functions as any kind of 'amenity' is basically a bar that serves the local area. So it's not family-friendly in any way. Also, the exterior is dirty and feels generally neglected in every sense. There are cables scattered everywhere, and they don't pick up the trash properly.
