Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Oklahoma City Airport

Room and amenities, kitchen, but not that great for the price I ended up having to pay and what I had to deal with

The lady that works the front desk-the lady that's older than the younger ones, was extremely rude and seemed pissed off every day from the get go. It's really strange how someone who doesn't know you at all can be so hateful, I believe honestly it's a race thing. I've never had to say that before. But nevertheless it is what it is. Apparently my jokes made her hate me more. Anytime I asked her for anything, she would say no 99% of the time. I can't think of a time when anyone in customer service has been more blatantly rude to me before in my 50 years on this planet. Idk but the other ladies are usually helpful, and courteous, and at least smile if you smile at them first. I hope she one day realizes life is better when you're smiling. You really should try it or maybe work somewhere you don't have to associate with people you hate for no reason on a daily basis. JS The hotel itself was very nice, clean and started out at a decent price. A few days in they (priceline) raised the rates like they do. So it went from $52 to $72 per night plus the deposit and pet fees and honestly it's too much. The weekly rate is not any better. Oh and they let someone else put their name on my room without my knowledge or permission. The girl I met there and felt sorry for and was with me the day before when I paid. I was there for a few weeks at this point. I had to ask her to leave and she didn't want to and they said I couldn't make her leave and that the room was in both of our names! Excuse me? THEN THEY LET HER GET A ROOM AT THE $52 AND CHARGED ME LIKE 140 TO STAY AND 70 PER night after that. Then they moved her across the hall. They believed her story i guess even though it was not the real story and basically put my kid in danger. And charged me more money. Idc who you like or believe, stay professional and do your job and follow the dang laws that are for good reasons!

Clean quiet

In a meth house area. Sex store across the street. Cigarette butts, dog poop, needles, trash all in the grass area. People peering through car windows. Gas station in front had cops around at all hours. SO UNSAFE!!!
