There was no coffee in the lobby this visit. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the past.

Friendly staff and great location!

This is my “go to” hotel in Durham. The staff is top-notch from Noelle at check-in to my favorite bartender, Randy. Randy makes the best Old Fashioned in town. The only negative is the breakfast. They should either commit to doing something better or just serve coffee.

When you walk in, beautiful spacious, clean and smell. Good. You're greeted with a smile location perfect. Games patio. Bar.

Clean, comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Lady at reception is excellent and very nice. Room is spacious with all your needs for business and staying productive.

Love this location. Gym is perfect! Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are clean and modern. Food is great!

Nicely appointed hotel. Clean rooms. Large screen TV. Big gym with water cooler, which is always a priority for me. Hydration stations in every floor! Good coffee in the room!

Shanteria at the front desk was amazing!! So kind, so patient, so helpful! The best! I got there way too early for check in. She showed me where they had coffee available, where I could sit and wait to do some work. Asked if I needed anything and helped me get checked in as soon as possible.

I was on a business trip and just come off a redeye. There were some check-in complications, but Shanteria went out of her way to help find solutions. She gets a double shout out for simultaneously and seamlessly helping another guest who was having printing/tech issues. She was clear, communicative, and kind. Thank you for your service, Shanteria and AC Hotel Durham! I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Was only there one night, but I would love to give a shout out to Noelle who was FABULOUS! So welcoming, informative, and friendly. She is a huge asset to the property. Room very clean, beds very comfortable!
