The comfort & details, the kindness of the staff at the reception hotel (a few minutes walk away), the amenities, the numerous bathrooms/showers, the location in the town and how close it is to the lift.

The sound & smell coming from next door restaurant/kitchen (in the same building), the parking that wasn’t ready.

Himecho@Yasushi made our family trip so smooth and memorable. Their service from providing breakfast ingredients, helping with restaurant bookings and recommendations, booking airport transfers, booking residence yasushi's private onsens have all made things so easy. In addition to that, the location of Himecho@Yasushi could not be more convenient, situated just 2 minute walk from Yu Road that takes us straight to the slope, whilst being just a few minutes walk away from town. Lovely Izakayas right next to the hotel. The place was spacious, rooms were incredibly comfortable, kitchen was well equipped to make most types of foods, living room was great to have breakfast and play cards or board games. The team was so incredibly helpful every step of the trip, there was so much communication before even before the trip, as the person planning the trip for my family, I really valued and appreciated that.

On our way out, we our car did get stuck on the narrow path out, not the hotels fault at all, but try to leave a bit earlier to accommodate for some troubles on the road Some noise in the morning from snow removal vehicles but this cant be helped as its important to have walkable roads

寝具やアメニティーが充実していて、大変気持ちよく 過ごせた。立地も素晴らしく、徒歩で飲食店や入浴施設に行けるのは大変有り難く、朝一もあり、初めて訪れたが、連泊したくなるような居心地の良さだった。

玄関に入った途端に、強烈な猫の尿臭がして通過する度に 不快な思いをした。チェックインは別の建物で行う事はもっとわかりやすく明記して欲しい。当日何度電話しても通じず、やっと繋がったと思ったら外国人スタッフで、日本語が本当に聞き取れず、宿泊前に四苦八苦した。
