Capital Hotel

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Valet was on the spot as soon as we drove up. Check in was quick and friendly. Although this is an old hotel everything is on top shape, clean, and well appointed. The room was wonderful, and the beds are oh so comfortable! We had brunch in the cafe and it was wonderful too! My kids are still raving about those pancakes!

Beautiful hotel!

I’m very disappointed. Went today for a business brunch. Pulled into the back where I guess was supposed to be valet parking , no one was back there the gate was open and the valet sign was off to the side so there was no clear guidance. Parked my vehicle and was approached by a Caucasian gentleman driving a promo covered tundra who seemed to be maybe management. He was very rude and aggressive as I put my window down all smiles. He immediately said it was private parking and I asked where do I need to park because this is my first time here , he then said on the street or the parking garage but that this is private parking. No hello how are you etc. Just rudely wanting me find someone else to go is what it seemed like. He talked over me the whole encounter and gave a very unwelcoming attitude. Talked to me as if I was the scum of the earth. If you are African American do not spend your money here. We aren’t wanted.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, the food was delicious, and the room was elegant and very comfortable.

The prices were on the high side but worth the expense if you're prepared for it.

The Capital Hotel is beautiful and quite comfortable. It is located conveniently near shopping and restaurants in the city. I decided to dine in and found the food to be fresh and delicious. I would recommend The Capital Hotel.

Quintessentially the best hotel in Little Rock - it may not have a pool or a gift shop but it oozes old school southern charm.

It could do with a convenience store internally - it used to have one?? It could also benefit from a couple of hotel limousines to get guests around when needed.
