At around 00:20, I rang the hotel concierge to report extremely loud music coming from one of the rooms. Considering the time of night — and the fact that this is supposed to be a hotel where guests can rest — I expected the matter to be taken seriously. A security guard was reportedly sent to patrol the floor, only for concierge to call back and say they “could not hear any loud music.” The disturbance continued all night and only escalated further. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of proactive action from staff after the initial complaint. You would think that once a guest reports excessive noise in the middle of the night, staff would increase patrols or monitor the situation more closely to prevent further disruption to other guests. I was utterly exhausted and eventually drifted off despite the noise, only to be jolted awake again at 6am by the same rowdiness. At that point, I took a video as proof because I genuinely felt like my complaint was being dismissed as if I were exaggerating or making it up. I called concierge again. Around 10 minutes later, I stepped outside while recording another video and saw the security guard simply standing at the far end of the hallway. He then asked ME whether it was noisy and asked ME which room it was coming from. Frankly, I found this unbelievable. I am the guest — why am I expected to investigate and identify the source myself? As I continued recording, I walked directly toward the room where the music was blatantly coming from and even asked the guard, “Can you not hear it is coming from this room?” Even then, nothing was done immediately. I called concierge once more to express my concerns, particularly regarding the handling of the situation by security staff. It genuinely raises concerns about guest safety and staff competence. If security personnel are unwilling or unable to intervene over something as straightforward as an obvious noise disturbance, what happens in the event of a more serious incident?

次の日早く出るので、アーリーチェックインしてくれました。 周辺は、慣れていれば、ジプニーのターミナルもあるし、トライシクルもたくさん走っています。 フルームなどもあえるところもあり、ホテルの隣がショップです。 フロントにウォーターサーバーもありました。 それなりにきれいです。
