Gorgeous 1 Bed Apartment in Wetwang

Home from home with everything you need.

The sound of the road was difficult to block out as the property is right next to it but full volume white noise helped me sleep through.

Lovely apartment home from home. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. Has everything you could need.

Bed was a little low for my wife who has arthritis in her knees, but she managed. Mattress was a little uncomfortable, but we brought with us a mattress topper which helped.

The bathroom, kitchen and living room area were excellent. The kitchen had everything you needed, fridge freezer, hob, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. The living room was comfortable and the bathroom was was excellent with bath/shower. It was stated that there would be only enough hot water for only one bath per day but I'm sure you could have had more, there seemed to be plenty of hot water all day. People have complained about the the traffic noise outside but remember that you're on a busy main road with heavy agricultural vehicles going by and this is a rural farming community so get used to it. The key pad entry system is also a good idea and easy to use.

The bed. Well, this is a total different kettle of fish altogether. It seems the owners /management have put all the emphasis on everything except the bed, what a nightmare. Whoever thought a futon style double bed with a single bunk on top needs their head testing. The mattress was awful, extremely uncomfortable, uneven and about 15 years old. Either that or they just bought the cheapest of the cheapest cheap crap possible and the top single mattress wasn't any better either. The bedding wasn't much better although it had been washed it felt grubby and thin. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable aswell. What made me laugh was the bed side table, it looked like it had been robbed from a Wendy house, it was tiny although if it had been average size you wouldn't have been able to reach it because the bed was so low. We had booked 3 nights but could only manage 2. It would have been impossible to spend one more night in THAT bed!!!!! We watched the football on Friday night then packed up and went home. It's a shame really because the rest of the apartment is first rate. .

Had pretty much everything you need for a basic flat/self catering, modern accommodation. Lovely hot water, sufficient heating, good location, towels, bedding, relatively clean, 10 minutes drive to shops. Double bottom bunk bed and single top works for a family with one child or a single parent. Lovely sofa, great WiFi for free.

Very noisy main road, all day and all night, take earplugs! No guaranteed parking nearby, no milk (despite having tea, coffee and sugar complimentary), this would've been handy as there are no shops within walking distance. If you need to call the letting agent direct, don't expect too much over the phone.

Lovely apartment, clean & tidy.

Inexpensive, spacious.

This was the second time we stayed at this apartment, great kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Great location to Driffield.

The only thing I didn't like was the mattress on bed and how low bed was, only because I have arthritis in my knees found it difficult getting in and out of bed.
