"Always hard to get my points, depending on who staff is at the front counter"

First, the AC doesn’t work properly or cool down with that kind of humidity and heat. It needs to be controlled better lowering than the set amount. The price of the motel fluctuates too much very nice motel, but change of price of almost $100 from day-to-day just too much to bear

Poor costumer service. Front desk staff didn’t let us finish a sentance right away cut us off and said they weren’t in change of late check out until next shift would show up. Called front desk in the middle of the night nobody answered. Rooms are extremely hot!
