Four Points by Sheraton Ciudad Juarez

This weekend i stayed at hotel with my fiance i invited a friend for a drink and they denied him entrance to the pool area spoke with receptionist Ana Guzmin and still denied entrance i asked for Maneger on site Javier Perez and still denied entrance for a drink in the pool area this is outrageous and poor service these two gave i wouldn't stay here service very poor.

Safety concerns.

Everything was good I recommend the hotel.

Reception was not great needs better customer service was not to impressed with treatment from staff

Customer service at front desk not friendly at all will consider staying here again.

I would stay again

It's a beautiful hotel with some shortcomings. First, the water was barely warm. I reported this to the desk and tney told me tontuen the handle to the left. Thanks a lot dor for that. Second, there was no hair dryer in tbe room. I called the desk and tney said they would send one right up. Ten minutes later, i went to the desk to get one and was told i they had taken it to he mmust have missed him
