Eşimle 4 gecelik bir konaklama için kaldık. Yemekler güzel, çeşitliliği fazla ve lezzetli. Tatlı çeşitliliği de fazla ancak lezzet yönünden zayıf. Otel çalışanları genellikle güleryüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi; yabancı uyruklu vatandaşlara daha çok ilgi gösterilmekte bunu bilerek gelmenizi tavsiye ederim. Türk ziyaretçi yok denecek kadar az. Spa kısmında bulunan (plaj havlusu teslim alınan yer) çalışanlara karşı biz "iyi çalışmalar" dilememize rağmen bize karşı herhangi bir olumlu dönüş olmadı, suratları asık ve sanki orada zorla duruyor gibiydiler. Oda temizliği konusunda; odanın temizlenmesini istediğimiz halde ve "lütfen odayı temizleyin" şeklinde kapıya broşür asmamıza rağmen oda temizliği yapılmadı. Odaya gelen temizlik personeli havlularımızı, çarşafları, terlikleri (otelin malzemeleri) değiştirilmemiş; sadece yerlerine aynı şekilde konulmuş (ıslaklıkları tarafımızca kontrol edilerek bu yorumu yazıyorum). Banyo-tuvalet temizliği yapılmamış, nasıl bıraktıysak aynı şekilde bırakılmış ve sadece eksilen duş jeli, şampuan vb. sarf malzemeleri tekrar yerine konulmuştur. Plaj kısmı temizliği zayıf. Otelin önünde bulunan plajdan; otelle alakası olmayan insanlarda bu alandan yararlanıyor. (Otel müşterilerine has bir plaj yeri bulunmakta ama çevredeki başka vatandaşlar da bu alanı rahatça kullanmakta) herhangi bir vale hizmeti, bagajlara yardım eden personel bulunmamakta. Otelden çıkacağımız gün resepsiyondan ilişik kestikten sonra kimsenin umurunda dahi olmadık.

My holiday overall was quite enjoyable. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and efficient, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. The room was kept very clean, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness and upkeep. However, I did find the room facilities to be somewhat lacking; for example, there was no tissue box available in the room, which was a minor inconvenience. On my third day, which happened to be my birthday, the hotel staff surprised me with a small birthday cake. Although it was a thoughtful gesture, there was no note or personalized message included :( The food options at the hotel were plentiful and of good quality; everything was fresh, and the kitchen team was super helpful and accommodating to any requests I had. I really enjoyed exploring the hotel surroundings as well. The area around the hotel was charming and lively, adding to the overall positive experience. Every night, there was a different show or entertainment, which brought a joyful and lively atmosphere to my evenings. Overall, I liked the hotel and its environment very much, and I would consider returning in the future to enjoy the friendly service, good food, and entertaining nights.

Excellent spacious rooms, comfortable bed/bedding. The service level is very high, I just felt a little disappointed at the meat selection during lunch/dinner. They usually went for the cheaper cuts/options for meat/fish. Other than that the food was tasty.

Excellent all inclusive hotel in Fethiye.

First impressions are quite pleasant, a newly built hotel with nice furnishings and great frontage. If you are familiar with Liberty Hotels and their adult only concept, then like Liberty Lykia in Olu Deniz, you would be expecting great things. No .... It's recent change from a family hotel appears to have not seen things quite right for adults expecting their 5* quality, that Liberty usually offer. Our check in wasn't smooth, no internet sadly so their computers were down, we left to have a coffee and returned a while later, having previously left our luggage for the porters to sort. We were shown to a severely disabled person's room that was like a hospital and was very dark. The porter didn't know where our luggage was or indeed what we were asking for, as he knew very little English, not even the word 'luggage or case '. So we decided to go back to reception with him and try to find it, and of course check why we had such an unsuitable room. Eventually we got a room with the usual facilities and our luggage ! When we got to the pool it was cramped and was thumping with loud music. The drinks were all post-mix or in large plastic bottles and we were horrified to see alot of international spirits were chargeable ! The bar was unattractive and still had slush puppy machines and family style offerings. The drinks we did receive were sub-standard and served with haste and no care - like a transport cafe. No canned or bottled soft drinks. All the buffet food is dreadful DO NOT

Hotel really clean, drinks lovely, food not too great and entertainment is awful. Worst liberty hotel we have stayed at. Also full of loads of elderly guests
