We were not allowed to stay so unable to comment

We booked this hotel via booking.com from the UK. When we arrived we were told we could not stay as we were not Indian citizens. We had already paid in full. Why did the website not say only Indian citizens could stay?. The other problem was the hotel was nothing like as featured on booking. com. It looked very luxurious and cost approx £50 a night (quite expensive for India). The hotel was dark and scruffy and staff had dirty clothes so we did not want to stay there anyway. We were offered another hotel in the Treebo chain for half the price but were worried it would be of an even worse standard as it cost less. The hotel initially told us that we could not get a refund but would get a partial refund if we accepted the other hotel. Eventually the hotel agreed to give us a full refund and we went to stay in a beautiful 4 star hotel, The Sonnet, for the same price as the Treebo Sreema. The Sonnet even upgraded our room for free after hearing about our experience.

Same room was provided as show on the picture. room was good and clean. They also provided free breakfast that is value added, keep it up

The room was not good which provided initally, but they changed it at my request; excellent staff. Overall, the stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was testy.

In terms of price, the room was decent. Staff are pleasant and courteous. The breakfast provided was good.public transportation easily available

Rooms were neat and clean and staff was very polite. Location is good.. no noise of traffic and yet very convenient for all purpose

Excellent location. Fairly big rooms and the staff were very good. The manager was very helpful. Within walking distance of Saltlake city centre mall and other facilities. The Metro station was about 5 mins walk.

It was a wee bit difficult to find the place as its tucked inside one of the alleys.
