Spacious and comfortable. Liked the balcony and air conditioning. Full kitchen, washing machine, and parking are also appreciated. Well located for attending events at Seddon Park, only a short walk. Supermarket across the road, very convenient.

A few missing basic kitchen implements and pantry staples needed replenishing to make the kitchen even better. I let the owners know, so hopefully, that will be addressed for the next guests

A comfortable apartment and a good size. We spent a week there for cricket and it was ideal. All facilities are available to eat in if you don’t want to eat out all the time and there are also plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes close by too. Great location: very close to the cricket ground and a short walk into the centre, the river and lake. Tracy at the management company was brilliant - very clear and timely instructions and extremely helpful and responsive.

The balcony isn’t really useable.

Excellent stay in Hamilton. New apartment, with thoughtful amenities and facilities like kitchen, washing and balcony. Very responsive. Would recommend.

Fabulous location for both the Rugby and Cricket Grounds. Car Park space provided. Opposite a huge supermarket which opens until 10pm. Very handy. Walking distance to Bars & Restaurants. Lots of windows that open so you are not short of fresh air. Minimal outside noise so a good nights sleep is assured. King size beds in both rooms. Very comfortable lounge area with good TV. I would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen could have done with a few more receptacles ie lasagna type dish.

New, clean, great location.
