the host and staff were very responsive and helpful. though it was chilly, there were plenty of blankets. room was on top floor with vaulted ceiling. hot water and shower. big windows allow lots of light into room. quiet location. parking for car.

room could use more maintenance. peeling paint. it's fine for short stay

Very good maintenance, very comfortable for family with two rooms and hall. More than any thing else very loyal. Honesty, by mistake i paid additional Rs5000/- by cash, and left Ooty, owner later when he collected money from staff, he traced my contact and seeked phone pay details and transferred money.. both staff member Babu and owner are so great personalities..I highly recommend this hotel for stay with confidence
