Friendly staff, room was basic but all you needed. Great location easy to walk into town
We were very close to all the sights that we wanted to see and could see the old town from our room. The room itself was good, the bathroom a bit weird as the shower wet the whole bathroom, so the toilet was wet. The TV also had no channels, so could only access netflix. Staff were lovely, they always said goodnight and good morning, they also gave us a leaving gift. Would stay again
Checkin was fast and hospitable. My room was as described. For a single person it was okay, could be a bit tight for two adults. Enjoy my river views. Thank you for your generous hospitality!

AUIn such a good location with the friendliest staff - a 1 minute walk into Hoi an old town and into the markets! We stayed 5 nights in Hoi an and would 100% recommend!

Mildew on blinds and its strong odor in room made my wife sick. We changed to new hotel hours later. No refund was offered even though staff knew our reason for leaving.
