Easy to find Office staff professional and accommodating ( provided a room downstairs so I would not have to climb the stairs) Large refrigerator; toaster; full size ironing board and iron

Coffee pot was dirty Needed a separate light ; bathroom and vanity were on the same light Water backed up around my ankles when showering; water not quite hit enough

There was a cigarette burn hole on the matress (I asked for a non smoking room)... I didn't even want to sleep underneath the covers.... I brought my own pillows from my car and blanket. There was also a cleaning lady that walked up to my car as me and son were leaving and asked if II had an animal with me because there was a room next to me and she didn't know which one to clean. WOWWW. BOOK A DIFFERNT ROOM. 0

Cleanliness, my room was not cleaned after the first night, long black hair in the blanket and sheets in the bed, tv wasn't working, they don't refund if you shorten your days you booked.
