I came to Ottawa for a Specialist appointment. Hotel cost in Ottawa was double the price I paid. My mom and daughter and my self got to enjoy a night out at the cassino that is a walk away. I travelle 1200 KM for this appointment every 3 months. I will book again

"Have previously stayed here and once again, we enjoyed our stay comfortly."

Room was clean and very comfortable bed.

No body wash soap in dispenser. Had to rely on hand soap that was out by the sink. Advised front desk while checking out.

L'hôtel super petit gym intéressant, belle piscine, chambre très propre et confortable, endroit silencieux.

Tout le problème etait avec booking, votre site fonctionnait mal, et l'établissement a dû me facturer en double, et j'attends mon remboursement, d'ailleurs j'etais pas le seul cette journée la a avoir eu ce problème relié a booking déçu de booking, heureusement il a bcp d'autre site.
