"Perfect for our needs"

Value and cleanliness were exceptional

It was very difficult for taxi drivers to find the property. Our 1st driver gave up and made us get out. Our second driver also had great difficulty. Apple Maps doesn’t show the property. Google maps which we were told not to use, did show the property. I decided as a last resort to try it, and it worked.

"Very good"

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially Miss Meredith Yan, who was exceptionally helpful and kind. The location is excellent – right next to the railway, which is very convenient, and the airport is also very close.

We didn’t particularly enjoy the breakfast – it was quite basic and could have offered more variety.

Already arrange hotel pick up, but the driver didn't turn up. But the receptionist compensate it.

"Superb"

The location was a 15-minute drive from the airport. The hotel provides complimentary 1-way transport to or from the airport.

The room had the smell of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner in the room did not work. We had to open the window to let in some fresh air and to cool down the room. However that meant there was noise from the trains once the station started operating in the early morning.

The service was really good, the hotel helped to pack breakfast for takeaway as my flight was really early, very considerate.

The location is abit secluded, but getting car via alipay is easy and quick.
