L accueil… vous n êtes pas un client mais un pion … le personnel de l hôtel n est pas à la hauteur d un service 5 étoiles et du nom de l intercontinental.. J en ai fait plusieurs mais le service était au top … les tarifs des boissons étaient exorbitants et pas le choix que d acheter à l hotel car aux alentours c est le désert..

This hotel was the perfect getaway for our holiday. Everything we needed was conveniently located within the hotel premises, from a great variety of food options to entertainment like a cinema and bowling, which made our stay incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. We truly had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel very well looked after from start to finish. We felt completely pampered and relaxed throughout our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.

We love this place Hồ Tràm the grand affiliates with IHG. We come out here occasionally for quick one to two days getaway from the chao HCMC. However, we notice after complete management transition (fully manage by Vietnamese). The quality deteriorate especially in maintaining and up keep the properly. Not to mention the beach is corrosion due to mother nature which no one can control. But the smell of mold especially in the GYM that we could not stand more than a minute. Don't know how they don't noticing this issue is beyond my comprehension? We would love to continue to coming as long as we live in Saigon. I can see the writing on the wall that eventually thus Hotel will drop one star periodically. I hope the management will do something about it and not let go bankrupt in the future so we can enjoy decade to come.

Сервис, отличные комфортабельные номера, чистота в отеле и на территории, отличный ландшафтный дизайн, комфортные лежаки, матрасы требуют чистки, отличные завтраки, услуги прачечной великолепны. Вкусное крафтовое пиво. Наполняемость отеля хоть и близка к 100%, лежаки всегда свободны, загорать и отдыхать очень удобно и комфортно.

Излишне хлорированная вода в бассейне и в номерах. Не стабильный WiFi в некоторых местах на территории, ближе к морю отваливается постоянно. Иллюзия напускного величия - магазины, кафе только на плане, в реальности работает один спорт бар, место где можно реально вечером посидеть, покушать и выпить (по настроению).

Clean and fun and lots to do. Staff was friendly and pool had plenty of towels available to the customer.

Favorite night spot, Fuel, closed at 11:00

It's a little inconvenient, being over two hours from the airport and Ho Chi Minh City however, the location along the coast is fantastic. The Bluffs golf course and caddy were fantastic. The hotel's facilities, service, hospitality, and breakfast were all excellent. It would be nice if they provided better amenities like shampoo. I would definitely like to visit again.
