Great location, easily accessible, clean and comfortable

The apartment is in a great location and the facilities were good.

It was very rainy when we were there and the ceiling leaked. Water puddled on the steps so we had to put a towel down to prevent slipping. There was also the strong smell of mildew in one of the bedrooms. With a little attention I'm sure this could be fixed.

It is very clean. Apartment is right next to Porto cathedral and Luis bridge

Mattress were lil hard. There were no sheets beneath the comforters. Wish the rooms were cleaned everyday

ロケーションは抜群、スタッフの女性はフレンドリーでアーリーチェックインにもにこやかに対応してくれた。丁寧な説明と共に手書き情報入りのマップをもらい観光に役立った。泊まった部屋は十分に広く快適だった。

各部屋にエアコンがあるものの、リモコンが一つしかなく、一つのリモコンで各エアコンが対応できることに気づいたのが翌日朝だったため、到着日が寒かった。
