es war kein Personal da und telefonisch wurden zusagen gemacht und nicht eingehalten

wir mussten, logischerweise bei Kreditkarte schon bezahlt wurde, im Vorfeld bei der Abreise noch mal sehr erpresserischer 100 € verlangt
