Staff is amazing. They're very helpful and flexible. Location is great and it has pools as well. David came to save us from a lizard 😅 my friend was terrified from it.

The great location and the super amazing staff, and I got to meet great guests there.

The toilet easily clogs. They need to put up a notice not to throw tissue directly in the toilet for guests not familiar with Central America rules
