Wir wollten die Daten unserer Übernachtungen ändern, aber die Unterkunft hat uns nicht geantwortet. Die Telefonnummer in booking war falsch, denn die Person die ans Telefon ging sagte, es sei nicht die Nummer der Unterkunft. Wir haben daraufhin etwas anderes gebucht. Die Unterkunft kontaktierte uns, nachdem wir nicht erschienen waren und versprach uns eine Erstattung. Der Schriftverkehr war umständlich, und immer gab es eine Ausrede, warum das Geld nicht erstattet werden konnte. Rückerstattung in booking ging angeblich nicht, der Link zu PayPal ging angeblich nicht, es dauert 15 Tage, zuletzt hieß es Montag komme es ganz sicher... Ich warte seit 1 Monat. Zwischendurch behauptete die Unterkunft, dass wegen meiner Nachricht jemand gefeuert worden wäre. Selbst wenn das stimmen sollte - das habe ich nie gefordert und ich denke, sie wollten mir nur ein schlechtes Gewissen machen. Ich finde die Unterkunft absolut unseriös, unprofessionell und unverschämt.

L’emplacement etait au top, plein Centre, avec accès à tous les commerces. Il y avait également la piscine pas très chaude mais il y avait une piscine. Le Perso était très agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix

Piscine un peu fraîche, la climatisation, déconne un peu. Place de parking compliqué.

The owner and his staff where very helpful with suggestions for places to visit, and how to get there. Arranging a shuttle and just being very friendly and laid back. The staff kept the bar and common area clean and gave us clean towels when we asked.

The air conditioner didnt work well and when we reported it one staffer tried his best and even got a worker to look at it (Chris V) then another staffer came and called him away, and said that's just how it works. It saddened me that it seemed the second worker seemed to take over and not fix the problem, when the first staff had it under control.
