The location of the hotel was convenient for me. Hotel staff were so friendly and professional! Hotel inside and out was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay at this property again!

This was a spacious, safe and new/super clean hotel room. There is shopping within a few miles and an outdoor shopping strip that is a 10-15 minute walk with 7-11, restaurants. Many options for dining and shopping within easy driving distance. Breakfast was good, hotel staff was very helpful.

I had a great experience at Element. I am a former Marriott employee of over 6 years and worked for other brands over the years. I have high standards for hotels but low expectations. However, this specific property was stellar for a select service! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Latrice at the front desk, handled my reservation mistake in the most professional way! The breakfast was the BEST that I've had in a hotel in ages and here's why: They make fresh eggs to order, they offer healthier options like the yogurt parfait station with fresh blueberries and strawberries. I didn't see a fly or gnat or any creature in any part of the hotel, which is huge during summer. The gym had a Peloton bike - IYKYK! They have bikes you can rent and offer a beer and wine happy hour in the evenings. The location was a little further from DFW but convenient to Love Field. This will be MY hotel when I return. The only negative is as a result of being a pet friendly hotel, there were smells of animals in the hallway.
