Great space, good heating (despite it having to be used in July🙈) Comfy beds, plenty of storage areas, handy utility room for drying clothes. Two comfortable living areas and bedrooms spacious and bright.

Unfortunately the downstairs toilet is very small. Although it is advertised as 1.5 bathrooms, if a large group were using the facility (3 double rooms) there is a wait to get showered)
