Epic View Suites

Pięknie położone apartamenty z widokiem na Caldere. Piękna wioska Akrotiri. Blisko do sklepów, kawiarni,restauracji i przystanku autobusowego.

The apartment is fabulous! The staff are so helpful and accommodating. The view is amazing and our private terrace was perfect for chilling out! A big thank you to Joanna for arranging various stuff for us and to Flora for being so lovely and keeping everything clean and tidy for us. Akrotiri itself is very quiet but really lovely. If you want bars and a bit of nightlife, this is not the place for you, but if you just want to relax with a handful of good restaurants on your doorstep, then this is perfect. We hired a buggy to get us around the island which we found essential - It was great fun! All in all, a lovely stay and I would recommend Epic View apartments.

If I am picking holes, the bathroom could do with a bit of an update but it is perfectly useable and clean. This did not take anything away from our stay - everything else was perfect!

Flora war die Perle❣️❣️ hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen - da ja auf Griechisch -Santorinisch😉- aber mit Händen und Füßen 😉😉hat sie sich sooo sehr bemüht - sooooo liiieeb !😘 alles hat uns sehr gefallen !! 😍es war einfach perfekt !!❣️❣️

Tout était parfait ! L’accueil a été irréprochable, le petit déjeuner délicieux et varié. Nous avons été véritablement choyés par le personnel, et la suite… un vrai paradis ! 🌅 Une vue magnifique, une chambre spacieuse et très romantique. Tout est à proximité : les plages, les petits marchés,supermarché et même les grandes villes touristiques comme Oia et Fira sont toutes proches d’Akrotiri. Nous avions hésité à séjourner à Fira ou à Oia, mais il y a vraiment trop de monde, l’accès est compliqué avec les bagages et le stationnement quasi impossible pas idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Finalement, nous n’aurions pas pu faire un meilleur choix : séjourner ailleurs qu’à Epic View Suites serait vraiment dommage ! 💙

Tout est parfait.

Breakfast was great. Was so nice to have breakfast overlooking the water. Staff were so friendly and were accommodating. Room was spacious and as expected.

I liked everything here. Firstly, the staff were very nice and friendly. They quickly helped us with all the questions and problems we had. Secondly, the view was so precious — it was incredible to see this beauty directly from our suite, especially during the golden hour. Thirdly, the pool, the jacuzzi, the breakfast in the morning and the suite itself — everything was amazing.

In the evening we didn’t have hot water so we couldn’t take shower. However in the morning the personal fixed it.

Die Putzhilfe namens Flora war super, auch wenn wir uns nicht verständigen konnten.

Die junge Frau an der Rezeption war sehr unpersönlich und teilweise unhöflich. Das Zimmer war leider sehr einfach ausgestattet. Der Toilettendeckel hat gewackelt und war nicht richtig befestigt, der Toilettenpapierhalter ist von der Wand gefallen, Toilettenartikel wie Duschgel z.B. war nicht vorhanden. Leider auch keine Gläser, diese haben wir nur auf Nachfrage bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und es gab weder Käse noch Wurst, Marmelade 16 Tage lang die gleiche. Für jeden gab es 1 Tasse Kaffee. Der Wasserkocher im Zimmer, den wir auf Nachfrage bekommen haben, war einfachster Kategorie und der Griff heiß, wenn man ihn benutzen wollte, er hat sich auch nicht von selber abgestellt. Wegen des stürmischen Windes war die Terrasse nur an 4-5 windstillen Abenden nutzbar, demzufolge auch der Whirlpool. Wi hatten uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub in der Suite Gerald gefreut, aber leider entsprach die gesamte Anlage nicht den zugesagten Erwartungen. Alles in allem ist der Urlaub völlig überteuert gewesen.
