"Lovely memories and lovely hosts"

We stayed here because up until 1966 it was my home as a child. The conversion has been done very sympathetically keeping many of the original features. I love the hallway which, to quote Paul Simon "has angels in the architecture" (well Cherubs anyway !). Spotlessly clean and spacious for two people. Offstreet parking in this area is a huge bonus. The hosts also own Simply Patisserie in South Street in town and offer a discount, check it out - the cakes were amazing and the salads looked great.

On site/off road parking without additional charges is a definite bonus in Eastbourne. Additional space of kitchenette with seating area over hotel room is a plus. Extremely clean holiday flat with clear instructions on expectations for departure. Very helpful and friendly owners.

Nice quiet location in a residential road with plenty of driveway parking. 3 minute walk to a nice quiet beach , 10 minute walk to local food shops and a 20/25 minute walk along the seafront to Eastbourne Pier and town centre bars , eateries etc. Apartment spotlessly clean with modern decor. Everything you needed for your stay .

Lovely decor throughout but would have liked more comfortable armchairs in living area .

"Nice flat to stay in Eastbourne"

Clean, tidy room .Quiet location. Short walk to town center and close to the beach. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had two big luggage, he gave omplimentary free ride to train station.
