the location was amazing next to a very busy street

the breakfast was really bad. First, the breakfast location is in a bar, the place is very dark and it just feels uncomfortable eating in a bar as a muslim. Second, the food was always cold. Third, the receptionist does not speak English. We faced a problem with the AC and we had to go twice to the lobby to explain the problem to him.

It is a very convenient location, with spacious parking opposite the building, helpful staff, and a cozy restaurant with excellent breakfast, direct access to the central part of the town

You can feel someone is smoking in the room

The hotel is very close to the railway station - it took me maybe 5 minutes to reach the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, tv set had YouTube app installed, so I could watch my favorite Turkish Series (in original) until rain clouds moved on. I asked for Sahur (I was there during Ramazan) which has been delivered to my room on time and was really tasty. The reception and cleanıg staff has been nice and helpful in all situations.

An Iftar menu in the restaurant would be nice.

The hotel was very clean, the food was very nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was huge. It was located centrally within walking distance of the river, the centre and the train station. The spa was very nice. It was quite a novelty to have a pub and a patisserie on site. The patisserie was very nice and the cakes and tea were delicious.

I was surprised that some of the staff couldn't speak English that well, a lot did, but some were struggling to communicate fully. A lot of the channels didn't work on the TV. The WiFi wasn't great, it would cut out a lot. Some of the bathroom fittings were not secured properly. The breakfast was served in the pub, despite there being a lovely restaurant space on the top floor. This meant that a lot of people were smoking while we were trying to eat and it was very off putting. On one specific incident, we complained about this and the waitress tried to move us to another area, but there were more people smoking in the suggested area. The next day, my wife wanted to smoke after breakfast and went to the area that everyone was smoking in the previous day and the same waitress asked her to move, saying she can't smoke there! We moved, I looked back and someone was smoking on the very next table, beside the waitress and she didn't say anything.

The hotel is in the city center 2 min walking to tramway station and shopping center Staff are very kind snd helpful Hotel is clean and rooms are very spacious
