Freundliche Kommunikation. Nähe zum Meer. Gute Betten. Neue Einrichtung.

Unser Apartment im 2. Stock war auf Höhe eines öffentlichen Platzes. Direkt vor unserem (einzigen) Fenster war ein Restaurant, mit Tischen wo die Gäste direkt vor uns saßen und in unser gesamtes Apartment schauten. Gruppen von Leuten standen da und schauten bei uns rein. Sehr unangenehm. Die Unterkunft konnte uns auf Anfrage kein anderes Apartment zur Verfügung stellen. Lage: unsichere Lage, abends dubiose Menschen. Wir liehen uns ein Fahrrad aus und der Verleih sagte, wir dürfen das Fahrrad in dieser Gegend nicht abstellen, weil es hier gefährlich ist. Unterkunft erlaubte uns auch nicht das Rad in der Unterkunft abzustellen.

"All together - Location is amazing, apartment very good."

Location was amazing very close to the beach, bars and restaurants, old town Santa Cruz and ST Barbara Castle - all in walking distance. The apartment was also very nice. Great view, nice appliances.

We had to wait almost 1 hour for someone to arrive for check in, quite some time outdoor because it was not easy to reach someone by the phone. Only 3rd person from the list answered the phone and provided code to get inside and continue waiting at the corridor. Also when we've asked for 1 additional rol of toilet paper we were informed that we should purchase it ourselves :) Anyway those are just small things which maybe were result of miscommunication and didn't have big impact on total stay. I would still recommend to stay there but be more precise with communication.
