Ο θερμοστάτης στο δωματιο 207 ήταν κολλημένος στους 27 βαθμούς με ζέστη έξω και δεν μπορούσαμε να τον κατεβάσουμε ώστε να δροσίσει το δωμάτιο ..από τη ρεσεψιον μας είπαν δεν ξέρουν πως αλλάζει ..ανυπόφορη ζέστη 🥵

"Un muy buen viaje por el territorio vasco"

He viajado desde Colombia para conocer un poco de la cultura del País Vasco, que nos ha maravillado durante años. El lugar tiene un toque muy clásico por fuera y moderno por dentro. Las habitaciones se encontraban limpias y ordenadas, con un nivel de privacidad un poco mayor, con su idea de baños por habitación. La ubicación es lo más espectacular de todo. Se encuentra literalmente cruzando la calle de la estación de Metro y trenes Renfe, lo cual me vino fantástico para movilizarme el día de llegada y el día de salida. Además se encuentra cerca de centros comerciales, tiendas de ropa y muy cerca al centro donde sólo cruzando el puente estabas inmerso en la cultura del casco viejo.

La atención en el momento del check-in no fue la esperada, con lo que uno esperaría de la amabilidad vasca. Hice una sola pregunta sobre la posibilidad de cambio de cama porque se me dificultaban un poco las camas altas y la respuesta fue un poco tosca a pesar de ser sólo una pregunta, dado que no había hecho la solicitud previamente.
