The bed and layout of the room.

No microwave or fridge. No grab bars in shower stall and no traction mat in stall. Not safe especially for seniors, children.

"Frustrating hidden fees"

I hate the deposit system. Should be charged for the room. All amenities should be included in price. Charging double what the room costs to nickle and dime the guests for water, coffee etc is annoying. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received this money back. Essentially making the room more than double the listed price. Annoying.

"Front desk refused to split the bill on two cards. All elevators were out for a hour. Clean hotel with good breakfast."

The stay was as expected. The rooms were clean. I enjoyed having Chromecast. Front desk refused to split the bill into two credit cards at checkout, even though I was told at check in that it was possible. I have never been told that at any hotel. I have split hotel bills into 4 cards at times. Elevator didn't work for an hour on Saturday. I thought the roomkey isn't working when the elevator was out. Got a new room key still elevator didn't work. May that's not on them but they should have put a sign at the elevator.
