"Thanks for the stay on such short notice"

Welcoming staff, answered my silly questions as im a young adult and haven't really traveled much or stayed at a hotel.

Only a few cleanliness issues with the room, small stains on the bed sheet and seemingly unclean carpet

"Lovely staff but hotel let down by lack of cleanliness"

Situated right on the seafront and an easy walk to pubs and restaurants

Stained duvets and pillows which were visible underneath the cases and covers. The fan in the bathroom was so dusty that it kept blowing out and covering the toilet cistern top and toilet seat (and us) the whole time we were there.

"Good location"

Great location. Breakfast was nice

They pump some toilet cleaner smell out through the vents that is revolting! It’s a pungent forest pine scent. I thought it was just maybe because my room had recently been cleaned but it was so incredibly strong, it hurt my nose and then at breakfast, the same smell was being pumped out - not great for a dining room

Breakfast was lovely the hotel cater for everything excellent location right on the beachfront that's brilliant. Beds were comfortable. Staff were amazing.

"Convenient for overnight stay"

The hotel is on the beach front which is excellent location. The room was very clean & smelt strongly of cleaning fluid. The room was very warm & I slept on top of the covers & the window was open. The shower was large with good water pressure. The staff were very helpful.

The en-suite was tiny with a large shower & no room to move or dress. The walls are thin & out neighbours TV could be heard even at low volume. So they must have heard my Spanish practise!

"Very enjoyable as staff were great."

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, good selection.Location perfect. Room size good, en-suite adequate but small.

To elevate it, we needed bedside lights!! Curtains without holes in them would be nice. A chest of drawers would be welcome, giving only 2 teabags to use(breakfast tea) was a bit daft😒 I am glad we did not have a heatwave as you would have been boiling in that room.
