"We really enjoyed our stay,and intend to return in the near future."

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.The location of the hotel was superb.Nothing we didnt like.The staff were really helpful,and nothing was too much trouble.We will be going back to Exmouth Beach Hotel in the not too distant future.

"Basic and used only as a place to sleep and shower. It was cheap."

The location was good. it was a last minute trip to explore Exmouth. It served as a base to sleep in.

Room 66 was badly ventilated with a limited opening window. I could not feel any breeze through the narrow opening that was allowed. The bathroom was definitely unventilated with a Vent Axia fan that did not work at all. It smelt musty in the bathroom. I couldn't shower with the bathroom door closed due to lack of fresh air. The water pressure in the shower was not good. I had to have a fan on all night to have the air in the room at a suitable temperature for sleeping.

"Disappointing. Very poor room."

The location was perfect across from the sea. The room was small, with a small bed. The bathroom table was stuck with tape to protect a broken edge. Only one bedside lamp. A view of next door bins. Cups were dirty from use by other people. Needed washing before I could use them. All in all disappointing.

Larger room. View Clean cups. Furniture not broken Space Theres 90 rooms so why was I given this room?
