Convenient, matches pictures, contains most basic necessary items. Good size for a short stay with family. WiFi is a bonus. Easy check in.

Mattresses weren't great, same with pillows . Higher quality would greatly improve the comfort of the stay. Extra items such as a fan (it was hot!) and a hairdryer would be a simple but nice addition.

Corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Double booked, called several times, still haven't received any response from them. Avoid like the plague

Location. Close to amenities, shops, sporting venues. Though very basic and well worn, the apartment was a decent size and living room was reasonably furnished, though bed linen and towels were not good quality and fairly worn. TV good size and choice of channels, Netflix YouTube etc. was good. Wifi was good when not dropping out. Washing machine good. Heating good.

Towels missing on arrival but contract cleaner did drive out and bring some as we needed to shower after our journey from Australia. Only one tea towel to last a week. No oven mitts. Poorly equipped kitchen for preparing and cooking even basic meals, breakfasts etc. i.e. very basic utensils etc. We bought scissors and tongs & cleaning cloths. Some pans had no lids. We bought an oven dish to cook in. No bowls or dishes to use. We bought containers to enable us to cook basic meals. Inadequate glassware - we went out and bought wine glasses. Fridge was not cold enough with food spoiled in a short space of time. Apartment had not been properly cleaned for our arrival. Hairs and used shampoo container in showers. Spillage in oven, crumbs and dockets in drawers left by previous occupants. Drawers and cupboard fronts left unwiped with grease splashes. Cutlery and crockery dirty and had to be washed before use. Apartment consistently filled with cigarette smoke on a daily basis, becoming worse in the evenings, from apartments below. As I became ill with a virus, and as non-smokers, at times, we found it particularly intolerable, unpleasant and uncomfortable. Large bed was worn out and springs collapsed leaving a "hole" in middle, uncomfortable and not level owing to broken casters (found on last day) We booked the apartment for 3 adults for 17 days. We ran out of toilet rolls within a few days and had to buy more as we were only issued with two per toilet until cleaner visited the following week. There was only a small amount of dishwashing liquid which ran out after two days so we bought more. We managed to leave a note for the cleaner when she was doing other apartments and she did replenish items. Cleaner was very helpful when we mentioned our concerns but when she mentioned it to her manager, we overheard her telling the cleaner that we had to wait a week until the following Thursday before any more cleaning would be done.

We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise.
