La atención de los recepcionistas para resolver dudas previas y gestiones de llegada y salida fue muy buena. Comidas y bebidas todas fueron muy deliciosas. Los espacios comunes del hostal son lindisimos y las actividades propuestas increibles.

Absolutamente maravilloso. La atención de las personas que trabajan allí, sus aliados en la prestación del servicio, los tours, instalaciones, diseño, ubicación, costo, alimentación, bebidas, aseo (creo que no se me escapa nada y si es así que me perdonen); hacen de este lugar no solo para pasarla muy bien lejos del bullicio, sino la mejor opción para convertir los días de estancia en una aventura inolvidable. Gracias mil a todo el quipo. Los llevo en mi corazón.

Przytulne i klimatyczne miejsce, ktore eyróżnia się spośród innych lokalnych hoteli bliskością natury i ekologicznym podejściem. Rano śpiewały ptaszki. Pomocna i przyjazna obsługa. Dobre i tania restauracja. Oferują lokalne wycieczki.

L'emplacement est paradisiaque et le cadre également !

Le service était mauvais : aucun sourire, mauvais accueil, impression de déranger lorsque l'on consomme, manque de rigouresité (bar sans employé, attente pour le service...) Tout est à revoir au niveau du service.

Dette enkle men utrolig vakre og avslappede hostellet ligger helt i vannkanten, vestvendt mot solnedgangen. Helt nydelig! Det er stråhytter med enkle fasiliteter, og kan ikke påstå at det var stille på rommet da det ofte var folk utenfor og intens fuglesang ved daggry. Men for et herlig sted!

The hotel is amazing, I like the room and the facilities. The view is really good. The tour to the reef is highly recommended.

I did not like the other tours they offered; the services they provided were not good. 1. A night tour to see Laguna Encantada was very disorganized. The guides are not providing all the required information. Safety is not taken into account. 2. The tour by the lagoons is ok, but the guide provides little information; it is more like a canoe trip. It is unfortunate because the area is beautiful. One important comment is that the guides on both tours have little to no English.
