We dropped in to visit the restaurant as we were wandering from the beach. It was so amazing; the server was very welcoming, and the food and drinks delicious. Highly recommend the empanadas! The mahi mahi burger was delicious. Other guests enjoyed the beef burger and octopus and veal taco.

We did not stay direct at the hotel but went to the hotel restaurant and had Nehemiah as our waiter for my birthday dinner and then 2 weeks later attended ostrada (oyster) night at the gin bar and had Nehemiah and his team again. Amazing and plan to go back next time we leave the snow of Alberta.

It’s a gorgeous property and the room was amazing.

Hotel staff were great Melina and Rey in particular. Restaurant is overrated and overpriced and service is very slow. Dogs and chickens are noisy all night. It's too far from town (about 25 km) The area is not busy and very safe, if you want to be away from the tourist crowd this is a good area.

Customer servicw was excellent

The rooms were clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beautiful Bocana beach. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the sunrise from the 3rd floor lounge area was beautiful. Nice to have a good restaurant in the hotel as well as some other local restaurants nearby. Servers could stand to be more attentive though. Food was fairly good, but not always consistent. No pool service was offered for food or beverage and you weren't supposed to bring your own. Pool was a bit cold, but okay. There weren't many chairs or umbrellas though and a few pool float rests would be a nice addition. The most difficult part of the stay is the noise from the birds and dogs which wakes you several times at night. They may supply earplugs, but you have to ask for them. They also don't restock the coffee pods in the room automatically.
