Wir haben im Hirschen sehr gut gegessen, sowohl abends als auch am Morgen. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet mit „offenem“ Bad (Milchglaswände). Die Betten waren bequem, jedoch sind es, auch im Doppelzimmer, Einzelbetten. Das Personal und der Chef des Hauses waren alle sehr freundlich. Man darf auch Haustiere mitnehmen.

La posizione dell'albergo, vicina all'autostrada e la gentilezza della receptionist al mattino per il check out.

Il fatto che la receptionist per il check-in parlasse solo tedesco, niente inglese, francese, italiano o spagnolo. La porta del bagno che fa da porta per la doccia, scomodissima, la luce del wc comune a quella del bagno, l'arredo della hall, molto kitsch e per niente in linea con il design del palazzo, il pavimento della camera che vibrava ogni volta che si caminava sopra, il pavimento in legno rovinato da strisce di valigie, la vicinanza con la stazione ferroviaria.

Colazione scadente e posizione troppo isolata

La colazione non era confacente con le 4,5 stelle dell'albergo. Il primo giorno abbiamo trovato poca quantità ed il secondo giorno alle 9,15 avevano già tolto tutto ciò che riguardava la colazione. Un cameriera tuttavia si è prodigata per preparaci qualcosa. Pur avendo prenotato presso di voi il soggiorno per 3 persone adulte, alla fine del soggiorno ci è stato richiesto un importo aggiuntivo di CHF 121,20 con la giustificazione che era la somma per il terzo letto aggiuntivo. Peraltro non si trattava di un letto ma di un adattamento del divano a letto con materasso direi da spiaggia.
