Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. From restaurant and cleaning staff to the facilities (gym, swimming etc.), their service is the best I've ever received across various countries and hotels.

The breakfast section at restaurant zing was not upto the mark, item listed on today’s special board were unavailable and I found mite in dry fruits, when I complained about it, my plate was taken but the dry fruits present at buffet table were not changed, pic attached

The breakfast section at restaurant zing was terrible, I asked for something written on board as today’s special, they wiped it & said it was from yesterday and then found mite in dry fruits, when I complained about it, they took my plate unapologetically & didn’t even bothered to change the dry fruits present at buffet table

It is a relatively new hotel with spacious rooms. The staff in the restaurant is very attentive and courteous. The only irritant is the constant x ray requirement of small bags and purses every time you enter the hotel after a trip out.
