Studio 6 Georgetown, KY – Lexington North

The room was nasty the floor was dirty. The bed sheets were dirty and the fridge temperature nob was broken and did not keep our drinks and food cold. The room smelled like smoke and someone in the other room was smoking weed. The lady that checked us in was rude and the guy that checked us out was rude. I will not ever stay at that location again and I’m very disappointed in the service.

Upon arrival someone was at the front desk complaining of bedbugs in their room. We checked in and went to look at our room which was absolutely disgusting. We decided not to stay and now are in a battle for a refund. Booked thru expedia with the option to pay to property and no one wants to be the "biller" and refund the card. Cheap price may sway your decision to stay here but buyer beware

This hotel was all over the map with comfort , cleanliness, customer service etc. and actually wasn’t sure how to rate this hotel stay. But i will say check-in with “Robert” was superb The customer service he gave us was above par. He was very professional and friendly. The hotel itself: right off the freeway which made it very convenient getting around KY. The rooms were very modernized (surprisingly) thats about all that was great about the room. The pillows were straight garbage!!! The tub had a black dirt ring in it when we arrived to our room. It remained dirty throughout our stay (as we could not use it because it was filthy!!! The ironing bostd was filthy. Overall i probably would stay here again as the price was great! And the convenience of a gas station and a Waffle House in the parking lot of a new restaurant are reasons for a return stay.

Upon arrival, me and my boyfriend already felt unsafe due to it being right off the highway. Once we got our room, we saw there was what appeared to be red wax stains on the floor. The bed was stained and the bathroom door was cracked and wouldn’t close as if someone had broken in to it. After I went to sleep, my boyfriend was watching tv and saw a bed bug start crawling towards me. He killed it and we packed our stuff and asked for a room change. After we got our room change, there were still staining on the bedsheets and pillows, as well as a dirty toilet seat. We left the same night we arrived and still haven’t gotten back to about a refund for our trip.

Filthy. The front desk tried to get us another room when we walked into our first room to bugs on the floor and boogers and boot prints on the bed. Second room wasn’t much better though it had been lightly cleaned the sheets were half on the mattress and the exposed mattress had yellow and dark brown stains all down the sides. The place smelled rough. We checked out after about 30 minutes of checking in. Would rather sleep in our car than a hotel like this. Google reviews mentioned bed bugs from 2 weeks ago and we were out. Do not stay here.

Check out day housekeeping came into the room 40 minutes before check out cleaning out our room while we were trying to load up our car. Almost let our dog out. We asked for 20 more minutes to finish loading our things Ave checking out they said no. Our tv had no cord when e we got there we had no remote so for the first hour there was no television but that wasn’ta big deal for us but we extended our reservation another day booked online paid without issue then were texted at 8pm we needed to come pay $10 pet fee they didn’t charge us for that morning. When I booked I booked online for motel 6 kitchenette room. While I was there the room was taken off the motel 6 and listed as studio 6 which lead to the extra day we stayed having pet fees. The bed spread smelled weird on one bed I washed it then put it back on the bed And it stunk again so I assumed it was an issue with the bed so we didn’t use that bed. It wasn’t horrible room was updated but housekeeping was inconsiderate manager was nice owners son fixed the tv and was pleasant. I wouldn’t stay again because simply bc of housekeeping and the 8 pm message about an error they didn’t notify me of when I was paying.
