Masaya Casas Viejas

Me encantó el alojamiento, el personal es excelente en el acompañamiento de actividades y de la estancia.

Very nice hostel with incredible views of the mountains throughout. The Masaya is very much is the jungle and watching the birds and dragonflys was lovely. The pool area was very nice for relaxing, very clean and spacious, lots of sunbeds to relax in the sun and clean bathrooms and showers available by the pool. Our private room was lovely and had stunning views of the mountains from the decking outside of the room but it would have been nice to have a window to enjoy them. The staff went above and beyond and were so kind, especially in the restaurant. When we arrived there was a power cut which they told us straight away which was not a problem at all, they assured us it would be sorted by 6pm and at 6pm sharp the lights were back on, this was very impressive. The Beef Chorizo Steak dish was incredible and one of the best meals we ate in Colombia - 100% reccomend. The Omelette and Fruit, Yoghurt and Granola were also great! They have lots of activities you can get involved in every evening and a waterfall tour you can pay for too.

It would have liked a window with the mountian views. As the dorm room was above us it was a little bit noisy from foot steps at times but this wasn't an issue. Also with the window behind the bed open you can hear people outside the rooms at times.

Buenas comidas

Los mosqueteros de las camas estaban llenos de agujeros por lo que me picaron mucho los mosquitos . Tal nivel que necesite medicamentos para bajar la inflamación de las piernas. Por lo que tuve que adelantar un día mi salida . . El personal solo me ofreció aplicarme alcohol para las molestias. , Pero si me devolvieron el día que no hospede en las instalaciones. Deberían tener botiquín para emergencias ya que es zona selvática y anda mucho insecto .

La calidad humana del servicio, el cual siempre estaban atentos y las vistas hacia las montañas es demasiado espectacular.

Sería bueno que el menú de comidas fuese mas variado.
